Welcome to the Institute of Maritime Logistics
On this page we would like to give you an overview about our research activites and the lectures we offer. Our activites include transport, handling and warehousing processes as well as corresponding information processes of maritime logistics. The planning, design and management of logistics processes and systems while considering economic, ecological and safety issues play an increasingly important role in maritime logistics. The “IdeenPark 2012”
From 11 to 23 August the an opportunity to experience technological advances will take place in Messe Essen and Grugapark. The “IdeenPark” aims to raise people’s enthusiasm for technology and innovation, to promote technological creativity and to make it possible to experience the importance of technical advances of the future. Background: The worldwide population increases, the climate conditions change, the amount of natural resources increases and the resources become scarcer. Only responsible and well qualified people will be able to solve these problems.
