SCC aims at bridging the gap between theory and applications as well as between various communities in the field of communications. Therefore, we encourage contributions from both academia and industry. We invite theoretical work as well as applied research in various fields of communications including but not limited to

  • short-range communication
  • sensor networks
  • self-organizing networks
  • car-to-car communication
  • industrial radio
  • navigation
Topics of interest include but are not limited to:
  • information theory
  • source coding
  • channel coding and modulation
  • cryptography and security
  • MIMO systems, in particular massive MIMO
  • multiple access, in particular non-orthogonal multiple access
  • cooperative communication and network coding
  • interference handling
  • resource management
  • compressed sensing
  • synchronization
  • navigation and positioning
There will be oral presentations and posters.

Submission of Papers

Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, six-page papers, including figures and references, in English electronically via http://edas.info/N21828

  Deadline for paper submission August 1, 2016  
  Notification of Acceptance October 25, 2016
  Camera-ready Papers November 25, 2016  

Tutorials (included in registration) will be organized on the afternoon of February 6, 2017.

Please note that a full registration by November 30, 2016 is required for each accepted paper in order to include the contribution in the proceedings and in IEEE Xplore.
