The Senate of the Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania) has decided to to award an Honorary Doctorate to Prof. Dr. Cornelius Herstatt. As per a Senate decision from June 19, 2019 the award has been granted in recognition of his contribution to "the continuous partnership in research and the education of young scientists in the area of technologies and innovation management". The title would be formally awarded in a ceremony likely to be held in the Fall later this year.
