Dr Hardik Bhimani is the Vice-Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Research Fellow at RMIT University (Australia). He holds an award-winning PhD in Management (Behavioural Innovation) from RMIT University, and a first-class honours in Psychology from University of Adelaide (Australia). He is a behavioural innovation specialist with research interests in human side of innovation, sustainability practice and behavioural change. His work has been published in top-ranked journals such as IEEE Transactions in Engineering Management, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and British Journal of Management.
Dr Bhimani is an advocate of open science and has been involved in multi-national innovation projects (e.g., EU Horizon Open-Inno-Train project) and collaborative cross-national research programs. He currently leads RMIT’s Gamified Research Translation (GREAT) network and Technology & Entrepreneurship Network (TEN). Hardik has also developed, coordinated, and taught both online and on-campus undergraduate courses in Change Management, Contemporary Management, Digital Business, Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Australian universities and delivered exceptional student experiences. He has also supported several student-led entrepreneurial initiatives and is proud to see his students now running successful ventures in and outside Australia.
