Susanne Mira Heinz is founder of the innovation consultancy Circular Thinking Circular Thinking. She accompanies medium-sized companies in the development of circular products and new business models. Since 2014 she has moderated around 90 workshops across all industries. During her guest stay at TIM 2017/2018 she temporarily supported teaching and carried out practical projects. In her work, she links three future-oriented fields of research: cradle to cradle inspired Circular Economy, sustainable Product-Service Systems (S.PSS) and the innovation methodology Design Thinking. In 2015 she was the first German to win a wild card for this approach from the Schmidt MacArthur Fellowship Program on Circular Economy. She continues to be associated with the institute as a scientific freelancer and is a guest lecturer at other universities.
Susanne Mira Heinz studied M.Sc. Sustainability Science, B.A. Business Administration at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg and Santiago de Chile and is an advanced track Design Thinking graduate of d.school Potsdam. During her studies she co-founded the first regional group of the cradle to cradle NGO, in which she has been active as a volunteer ever since.Projects + Projects -
