Business Model Development C2C Innovation Lab

Aim of the project work
Together with the regions of Lüneburg and Lüchow-Dannenberg and the joint partners Süderelbe AG and Leuphana University, the Institute for Technology and Innovation Management at the TUHH is part of the research project "New Strategies and Structures for a Cradle to Cradle (C2C) Model Region in the Northeast of Lower Saxony". The aim is to develop a regional innovation, transfer and sustainability strategy. The flagship project, a lab for sustainability innovations, is to push approaches for a C2C economy and the emergence of innovative projects in structurally underdeveloped areas.
In your project work you will support us in developing a business model for this lab. The work will include theoretical work but also more praxis-related work, interviews etc. You will be able to speak to responsible persons in the project and build up a concept for the lab based on your research. A more detailed task description will be elaborated with your supervisors.

  • Advanced skills in German (written and spoken)
  • Strong interest in sustainability topics
  • Strong dedication and autonomy
