All WWTPs generate waste solids that require handling separate from the wastewater treatment system. This section shall provide a description of the sludge handling and disposal requirements including the name and telephone number of the sludge disposal facility and record keeping requirements. For any process unit that either generates or stores waste solids an expected removal frequency and means of removal shall be provided.
